INSTRUCTIONS FOR USEFor a rich, thick shake, mix 2 Scoopfuls of Nature's Best Isopure (65g) with 12 fluid ounces of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or blender is not convenient, Isopure can be stirred into solution with a spoon. Advanced directions - Take one serving of Isopure whey protein 25-50 grams immediately before training and 25-50 grams immediately after, along with 5 grams leucine, either by itself or from branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).
