Please make sure you input your correct billing address for your credit card
(this is the address your credit card bill is sent to). If you want it shipped
to a different address than the bill to address, please state reason under
comments. We may have to call you to verify security information about your
credit card.
Here are the questions we get asked most often. Read these to see how we try to
make your online ordering process, safe, secure and enjoyable. We want to be
your one stop shop for all your supplements. Email us with suggestions and we

We truly want you to be SATISFIED! If you have a problem, email us and we will

When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on
weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the same or next day. If we
use Fed Ex, you will get an email from FedEx and one from us when your order
ships! Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to arrive. If we have a
problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. If an item is
out of stock and is not expected within 48 hours, we will email you and give you
a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email
address on your order. Fed Ex charges $15.00 for incorrect or misspelled
shipping information. This will be charged to the customer's credit card. Fed Ex
also charges an additional $2.50 for rural deliveries, this will be charged to
the customers credit card.
We do not process order's after 2:00 pm MST or on Saturday's and Sundays. Also
Fed EX does not deliver on Saturday's or Sunday's.
Domestic Shipping All domestic orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground or US
Priority mail. This service takes 2-7 business days depending on what part of
the country you are in. The flat rate is 6.99 plus 1.00 per item for all orders
(up to 5lb) $8.99 plus 1.00 per item for orders (6-10lb), $3.00 is added for
each additional 5lbs. These rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. We will
email you rates for those 2 states. Shipping to a Post Office box may require
additional $3.00 insurance, this will be added to your to shipping charges.
Changes in shipping will be updated on your order.
Ready to Drinks and Liquids are very heavy and will require additional shipping.
Express Shipping Next day air and 2nd day air, and 3 day select are
available. Please realize that it may take 24 - 48 hours to process your order,
and that Fed Ex doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends. By shipping with one of
the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground,
but not necessarily in 1 - 3 days. Average cost for next day air is $25.99 plus
1.00 per item up to 2 lbs. Average cost for 2nd day air is $19.99 plus 1.00 per
item up to 3 lbs. Average cost for 3 day select is $11.99 plus 1.00 per item up
to 3 lbs. If your order exceeds these weight limits the additional fees
will be added to your shipping charges.
Additional fee's for Express Shipping are $3.00 per each pound over listed
weight of shipping method.
If I order "NEXT DAY AIR" when will it arrive?
That depends on when you place the order. If you order the product late Friday
night, then we will ship it Monday. You should then receive it Tuesday. If we
are back ordered on something you want next day air, we will notify you by email
and give you the option of waiting and still using next day air or changing to
ground shipping. We try to get your order out ASAP!
What about international orders?
We do ship international. You have 1 shipping option Fed Ex International. See
above for details. We will charge your credit card a non-refundable "TEST"
amount and ask you to verify that amount. This is a security feature. We may ask
you to fax us your picture ID. After confirming your credit card, we will
process your order. If the weight is high it may cost more.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
What is Fed EX International shipping?
If you pick this option, it's $39.99, and your package is under 5 lbs, we will
use FedEx. It will arrive in 2-8 weeks. If your order is over 5 lbs. the
shipping price will be updated and will be viewable through the tracking url you
are given.
First time customers with foreign orders may be asked to verify their credit
card. A non-refundable amount between $0.01 - $10.00 will be charged to your
credit card. The customer will need to contact their credit card co. and
retrieve the amount in US $ dollars. Email us this amount so that the remaining
balance of the order can be billed to your credit card and your order can be
shipped. This is done to prevent the use of stolen credit cards, and will not
have to done on future orders.
When you place your order, a flat rate shipping charge has been added,
additional shipping, handling and insurance may be added later, and will be
updated on your order. We have 1 shipping option Fed Ex International may take
(2-8 weeks). Shipping and handling costs will be added to the order during
processing, If you need to know shipping cost prior to our processing please
email us. Please make sure your email address is correct and a vaild phone
number is given. This will help ensure that you get your order.
A-Z-Nutrition.com cannot track surface shipments. We also cannot guarantee
delivery of these shipments and no refunds will be given on lost or damaged
shipments. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that any product
ordered is legal in your country. Any order confiscated is the responsibility of
the customer. Delays in international shipping are typical and lead times can
extend beyond 8 weeks. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes due on
shipments. If customer refuses to take delivery on an order they are still
responsible for all charges incurred from the order. Customer is responsible for
all fees involved to collect payment for orders. WCN reserves the right not to
ship to a particular country due to custom laws and regulations
What about customs in my country?
It is impossible for us to know every countries customs policies. It is up to
YOU to check your countries customs policies and only order IF it is accepted
into your country. We cannot refund an order if it is taken or lost by your
country.
How do you ship to the military?
We use the U. S. Post Office. They get it to the military and they take it from
there. It is difficult to tell you how long it takes due to where you may be in
the military.
How do you sell items so low?
We have very low overhead and we buy in large quantities. We like to pass this
savings on to you and hope you stay with us as a long term customer.

Do I get a tracking number from Fed Ex?
Yes! When we process your order, you automatically get a tracking number emailed
to you from Fed Ex to see the progress of your order! We need an accurate email
to get this to you.
Are these the same products we see for twice as much on other sites?
Yes! As stated above, we want your repeat business. We have been in the
Supplement Business for 20 years. We are here to stay. We want your business

How do you bill my credit card?

What type of packaging is my order shipped in?
We understand the need for privacy so our orders are shipped in brown boxes or
padded envelopes with our logo on the front.
APO/Military Orders All APO/Military orders are shipped via US Airmail.
Shipping will be added when the order is processed, if you need to know the
shipping charge send us and email with the order. Since these are sent inside
the US and then the Military forwards them shipping is usually at the Domestic
rate. Delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. There is no tracking information
available for military shipping.
RETURN POLICY: We unconditionally guarantee all incorrect or defective
merchandise for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. Your order will be
reshipped to you at no cost. You wil be issued a return shipping label to return
the damaged or incorrect product. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase you may return or exchange any unopened or defective merchandise for a
prompt refund. We cannot accept returns on opened merchandise those products can
not be re-sold. All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 15 days for
exchange or credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders can be cancelled before they are
shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped can not be
cancelled and must be returned by the customer for a 20% restocking fee. Filing
a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a
felony. STG reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the
person over for to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are
responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.
DAMAGES/SHORTAGES All orders are photographed with a digital camera and
tripled check for accuracy. All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours of
receipt. Please keep the original carton. Please report all damages within 24
