Snacks: Green Bell Pepper slices, Carrots, Apples, Raisins, Almonds, Sweet Potatoes Slices Workouts: The last 5 to 10 lbs are the trickiest. For cardio start running a mile as fast as you can every three to four day. Also make sure to start lifting heavy with your resistance training. Remember women you cannot build muscle like men can so dont worry about getting all bulky. Compound movements are still very important.
