As an adult dietary supplement take three (3) Halodrol MT tablets (MyoTabs) orally once a day approximately one (1) hour before training. Halodrol MT should always be taken with either a meal containing carbohydrates a carbohydrate drink or juice. Gaspari Nutrition recommends using Halodrol MT for a 40-60 day cycle in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise regimen in order to experience maximal results with this product. Not intended for use by persons under 40. On non-training days (for advanced users only) take 3 Halodrol MT tablets once per day with food at approximately the same time of day as you would on training days. After 40 to 60 days of continuous use a 30 day cessation period is recommended. After completing a cycle of Halodrol MT most users go right on to use Gaspari Nutrition Novedex XT for 4 to 8 weeks before returning to their next cycle of Halodrol MT.
