Other Ingredients: Fructose Citric Acid. Malic Acid Ascorbic Acid Natural and Artificial Coloring and Flavoring Sucralose Calcium Silicate.
Suggested Use: Take 1 scoop of Creatine Overload in the morning and 1 scoop in the evening with 8 - 10 ounces of cold water. You may take 1 serving 30 minutes prior to workout to increase creatine saturation. Should be taken even on non-training days.
