For Pre-Workout Energy: Consume one half (1/2) bottle approximately 30 minutes prior to exercise. For Daily Energy and Alertness: Consume one half (1/2) bottle in between morning and afternoon meals. Start with one quarter (1/4) bottle to assess tolerance. Do not consume on an empty stomach or exceed one (1) bottle daily.
