Suggested Dosage: Body Weight (lbs)/ Divided Doses (2x a Day). Up to 150 lbs/ 3 capsules (6 Daily) 150-250 lbs/ 4 capsules (8 Daily) 250 lbs and over/ 5 capsules (10 Daily). Take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and the last dose at bedtime. Store at room temperature and avoid excessive heat.
