I have taken Lipo6 with ephedra on and off for quite some time. I have so
far dropped from 287 to 245. I recently changed to the ephedra free version and
while i don't see my heart rate go quite as high when I am doing cardio, I still
feel the appetite suppressant working and I have an overall good feeling from
it. I never once experienced the jitters from it, but I only take 2 in the
morning before I work out. I have never been big in the legs or glutes but I
have noticed more definition in both and have even noticed I have started
developing a butt, which is something I have never had throughout my life. When
I stopped taking the ephedra version, I didn't have the "withdrawal
headaches" that I experienced with Xenadrine. I have nothing but positive
things to say about this and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for
something that not only boosts their workout but also helps with weight loss and

I just started using this product on June 04-05 it gave me a lot of energy.
I didn't get the jitters. I was able to do more cardio and better workout. I'm
not sure yet about the fat burning but so far I love this product.
