Ingredient Details: Trim Plex (as white kidney bean extract)(Phaseolus Vulgaris): 700mg Chromium (as chromium dinicotinate glycinate): 200mcg Vanadium (as BMOV): 100mcg Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate and vegetable resin glaze.

For cardio start running a mile as fast as you can every three to four day. Also make sure to start lifting heavy with your resistance training.
